I am Madhav, been in IT for 25 years in a MNC and retired to change my track to pursue new avenues. Happy to share facts and happenings in my life post introduction with Kalyan Garu for past 3 years. 

When I was introduced to Kalyan Garu, my situation was worse as far as Financials are concerned and I was trying hard to get rid of a property for a couple of years to fulfil a few Debts. So, my first priority was it and same was conveyed to Kalyan Garu, He was able to pinpoint the time lines and expected price ( I don't believe it to be honest for two reasons (1) I was not happy with the price as it was short by 15 % than expected (2) how come a person can visualize and call out details) but, to my utter surprise neither the Price nor the dates changed, it happened exactly what he said. So, I sold it off and then came out of mental trauma I had been going through for years. 

I had been following his suggestions and guidelines since then and there are many more such incidents I experienced with Kalyan Garu. I later introduced him to my friends and they had many more such experiences."
